Why batch size matters more than you think

In a coaching class of 60 or 80 students, a teacher can realistically track maybe a dozen names by the end of the month. Everyone else is taught, but few are actually noticed.

Capping every Rama Education batch at around 20 students changes that maths completely. A doubt raised mid-lecture gets answered on the spot instead of being lost in the noise. A student who's quietly falling behind gets flagged before a test reveals it.

It also changes how tests work. With a smaller batch, feedback on a chapter test can be personal — not just a score, but a note on exactly which concept needs another look.

None of this shows up on a fee receipt, but it's the difference between attending a class and actually being taught.
